Cancellations & Refunds – Courses booked directly through Wild & Curious Foraging

If the course is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund minus any booking fee, or a gift voucher for the same value as your booking. Cancellations very occasionally occur due to dangerous weather conditions, or insufficient numbers booked.

If you cancel more than 21 days beforehand, you will received a 50% refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

If you cancel less than 21 days beforehand, there are no refunds, unless you can fill your place.

If there is a severe (amber or red) weather warning for this area, the course will be cancelled. In the event of a yellow weather warning, and or extreme rain or wind, the course may also be cancelled if it is judged unsafe to proceed . We will send you a text and email to confirm the workshop is cancelled the evening before.

Agreement

Your course leader(s will make every effort and take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety and well-being for all involved. It is important that you take responsibility for your own well-being and safety also.

By booking your place you acknowledge that your participation in the course and use of all information provided is at your own risk, and that the course leader(s) cannot be held liable for any harm occurring as a result your participation.
